Shawn sometimes dresses up, in an idiosyncratic way that I adoooooore. Like, he always wears shortened pants (knickers!) and they're usually nice wool slacks he's just had shortened. And he'll wear them with nice socks and sock garters (https://www.sockdreams.com/products/accessories/sock-garters/striped-suspender-clip-sock-garters:6000), which will just peek about of the bottom of the pants when he sits down. I love it.
(Heh. Not all our friends share my opinion on Shawn's style. Some of them do not find the visible sock garters attractive, and one said, "well....uh....I suppose it's good you like them." YES. THEY ARE PART OF WHY I STARTED DATING HIM.)
