Had a good Saturday, but Sunday was kind of stressful and I wasn't in a terribly good mood. I feel like I got cheated out of half my weekend. I would like a do-over, please.
UPDATE: I just scanned in some old dance photos, including one of me in full Bhujangasana. I could do it at one time. Absolutely no reason I can't get there again, right?

I have plans in the offing for returning to school in the fall, and have been using that as an outside motivation to Get Serious about the gym.
It is my hope that being serious about working out/yoga for the rest of the summer will re-weld the habits into my daily pattern.

When do you go, and what gym do you attend? I seriously need someone to lift with because I hate lifting and prefer having someone to talk to while I'm doing it.
