Hi, I'm awake again
Sleepless in the middle of the night. What a surprise.
This makes two weeks that:
I am tired.
Things I have noticed:
It looks like the weather has finally settled down, and I confirmed last night that I can get the Saab out of the alley, so I feel safe making another lab/office appointment with my doctor to get that blood work done. Once those results come back, I'll meet with Dr. Khosh and discuss with him the TSH and TPO levels and the cortisol levels. Both of which should be truly spectacular after two week of insomnia and one week with no thyroid medication.
I am tired.
This makes two weeks that:
- I have woken up at least once in the night, usually twice, usually for an hour or more each time
- I have had no more than six hours of sleep, cumulative, per night
- I have slept six consecutive hours only two nights and those were not back-to-back
I am tired.
Things I have noticed:
- I have no energy (surprise)
- My post-meal swelling is getting worse
- I'm having trouble concentrating on tasks at work
- I'm hungry between meals
- I want sweets
