My knee is already so much better! I can kind of walk around on it this morning. So it looks like I'm not entirely couch-bound today. My period showed up, though, so I was up a lot of the night with cramps and am again suffering with them this morning. Rather convenient that I already canceled with Andrew.

I might even try running a couple of errands today, provided the cramps let up a bit.
