I'm helping radcliffe do some beading on her gown. I can finish ten pearl squares in fifteen minutes! That probably doesn't mean much to anyone else 'cept me, radcliffe, and solan_t, but I think that's pretty good. I worked on it for two hours this morning, so do the math. Of course, the skirt is so dang huge, you can't tell I've done anything on it so far. But I'm hoping that with some more time this afternoon and tomorrow I can make good progress.

Also, the scale this morning read 166.4! Slowly but surely...

Nah, it's just a pearl in the center of each of these squares. There's a maltese cross in the center of each square/diamond shape in the fabric and I'm putting a pearl, flanked by two yellow beads, in the center of each cross.

Nothing nearly as exciting as what you're picturing, but it still looks pretty damn spectacular.
