Baby rawr

I was supposed to do my resistance training activities yesterday, but couldn't get myself out of bed to do them before I had to go to work. After work I was still too fatigued for that intensity, so I did about 90 minutes of yoga. The yoga felt great, but it was another reminder that I'm not ready for prolonged, intense movement. I did manage to get up today and threw some weight around, but I was careful to take long breaks between each movement set.

Happy thing, too! I didn't bother to wear a shirt while lifting (because why), just a sports bra, and at the top of my deadlifts I could easily see my upper abs. Nice! Those little encouragements are so nice.

I'm sure (I hope) she realizes that she has very little risk of actually getting arrested, but the gesture is nice.

My appetite is out of control right now. I've been non-stop hungry for two days. Annoying.

Edited late in the day to add: I. Am. Exhausted. I had to shut my office door and lie down for twenty minutes. JFC I am tired. So. Guess I'm not quite over the fatigue from Sunday's experiment.
