You inspired me to roll out for almost an hour last night before going to bed, and it was GREAT. Found a hard, crunchy spot behind my right knee, but only discovered that by having first rolled out my neck, back, shoulders, glutes, hips, hamstrings, and calves. On the way back up the third or fourth time, the hams were loose enough that I found a white-hot spot back there. Hm.
