TBH, I was nervous about not waiting until August to post it, but right now all my other collections have fewer than twenty images and I haven't had time to search for additions.

Let's hope I haven't unleashed something disastrous.

I had to look at the snowflakes over and over again. Isn't it interesting that my gut reaction to the snow in Japan is sadness.. knowing that it means death changes everything.

Oh, not in a bad way! In a "this evokes awareness of that symbolism", if that makes sense.
For me, death and sadness: not something to be avoided.
