Better
Thank you to everyone who said such kind and helpful things yesterday. I'm feeling better about life and my body experiments, even though I've added nothing to my food intake except a dollop of fat in each soup bowl, along with some salt and pepper.
This morning I went to the gym. I hadn't slept well, but I knew I wasn't getting back to sleep, so... I didn't do the program as prescribed (which, to be honest, was a pretty tough set of movements and reps), but I did all the movements, just short a few reps, sets, or a combo of both. I left feeling pretty fucking wiped (and surprisingly out of breath), so go me for being proactive about my well-being.
I don't have the energy to go to the grocery store tonight, but tomorrow or Wednesday I plan to hit Natural Grocer's to stock up on some greens. Oh, god, sauteed kale is gonna taste SO GOOD.

I dunno, I had some pretty weird food loves when I was a kid. For example, canned spinach with a splash of vinegar and a slice of Velveeta cheese baked on top? One of my FAVES.

I didn't see yesterday's post til today either. I'm so sorry it's been so rough. I am thinking positive thoughts for you though, that long-term this will help. And go you for going to the gym - hopefully the work-out will help everything else too.

Glad you made it to the gym despite the low energy. Weekends are so hard for me to get to the gym (weird hours) so I am stoked that I get to start running and doing my new set of PT exercises at the park.
