Lessons learned
1. Solid food is magically fucking delicious.
2. More than a cup of solid (cooked, but solid) vegetables after a week of pureed-only was too much.
3. I now feel a little ill.
4. And really damn tired.

Even Weight Watchers requires one to eat fat, so your solution was not only brilliant, it was probably healthy, too.
