Was fantastic.

Never have I seen a sequel care so little for the people who hadn't seen the first one. Self-referencing and in-jokes aplenty with not a whit of exposition. There was a quick bit in the opening that kinda served as a catch-up but mostly seemed there as a sort of REMEMBER THIS? for the fans.

I loved it. LOVED IT.

One of the women I saw it with said it was the best comedy sequel she'd ever seen. I'm inclined to agree.

Oh no. I thought I was going to break my streak of going to see films with Channing Tatum's face in them. But this post is making me rethink my choices.
