A week and a day
I'm not an adrenalin junkie, but I'm glad that sort of person exists.
This morning's workout at the gym was injury-free. HURRAH!
It's a week and a day before I leave for Comic-Con and ugh. I gotta figure logistics of things like if Amy picks us up at the airport, should I have her drop us off at the convention center on Wednesday so we can get our passes the day before so we don't have to waste time in line on Thursday, then how does she pick us up and what do we do with our luggage on Friday if she drops us off at the hotel where we're staying Friday night....blah blah blah. This is the sort of thing my brain fixates on. Never the fun stuff.
I've also started to make a list of things I gotta do to be ready to even leave: make beef jerky, shop for transportable food, figure out what tee shirts to take (IMPORTANT), estimate my spending budget...

The construction out on the street is still constructing, and Friday the jackhammers were causing heavy and consistent enough vibrations that it actually made it quite pleasant to sit in my chair at my desk. AHEM. Yesterday and today, though (and maybe tomorrow? dunno) we're having construction in our office hallway to move a wall and a door. I have to sit at my desk wearing earplugs. It's pretty horrible.
Today's (huge) Tumblr collection is Tuesday, July 15: Cosplay part two. Part one is here.
