Why is it never EVER easy

I disconnected my computer, printer, scanners (yes, two), you know, every electronic thing in my office, cleaned off my desk, wiped everything down, moved my modular desk drawers to the other side of the workstation so I'd have room to sit/stand, aaaaaaaaaand the workstation doesn't accommodate an ergonomic keyboard, nor is there room for a mouse.



Three hours later, everything's boxed back up, and hey, I've got a really clean workstation now.

Note to self: Next time, measure the thing before doing all that work.

...one of the feats of social engineering that netted me my one here was, "It won't fit the curve of the desk; I can't use it".

What kind of dumbass designs a desk that doesn't have room for a mouse? I mean, yeah, you could've measured all your stuff first, but really, it's a pretty reasonable assumption that if you get a desk, it's going to have room for both a keyboard and a mouse.

I've decided to start looking at other, smaller, ergo keyboards. That might actually be easier. Wish me luck.
