Intentional movement report

Fell a day short this week.

Did self-myofascial every day this week that I did move, though, 'cos I didn't have the energy for yoga--not even restorative stuff because I didn't have the energy to pull out the blankets and bolsters and then have to put them away.

Still sounds like a good week with lots of movement! I need to get back on the wagon. I stopped for legit reasons, but now I have to get a move on.

I meant I didn't even do five days of movement. Only four. So I gotta make one up this week. Six days of movement or I pay $20 to a charity of [livejournal.com profile] write_out's choice!

Restorative does require a lot of getting things out and putting them back. Some days, it's so much effort! I did some restorative after I got home from aikido today. I am hoping to avoid the soreness and stiffness I get from all the falling and rolling and random jostling I endure (and still love!).

This week, I am sure, was an exception. You'll get back on it!
