Regarding the Shen Wei mouth action: depends on POV and stuff, but he looks to me like he's licking the inside of his teeth/pressing his tongue to his teeth? Something like that.

Thank you! Do you think something like this gets it across? Shen Wei knew he had to keep his mouth closed or regret what might come out of it. He ran his tongue along the inside of his teeth, holding back a sharp retort. A quick to the side gave him the necessary distance to retain some semblance of composure.

From ZYL's point of view: "As if the one-sided smirk wasn't devastating enough, Zhao Yunlan now had to watch Shen Wei drop his jaw and do something with his tongue that was probably illegal. Something that made his lips press together in a smug little bow. It made Zhao Yunlan want to ruin him."
