Tasty NEWS FLASH
I stopped by Checker's grocery store last night and was pleased as punch to see they were carring Indian Trail Cranberry Orange relish, at least for the duration of the holiday season. People, let me tell you: If you are a fan of tart cranberry relish, this stuff is the bomb. I'm going back this evening to stock up. The carton has directions for thawing, so I assume it freezes ok.
As far as I know, this stuff is usually only sold in the Chicago area--although my mom can get it in Indianapolis. But I've never seen it in this part of the U.S. Go encourage Checker's to carry it regularly!
The package has a fifty-cent coupon on the inside, so you can always go buy one (it's $1.99 for a 10 oz. package) and get another one the next day with your coupon.
Anyway, I'm just now getting around to eating my breakfast (*cough*). So I'm chowing down on my yo-cheese/cranberry relish combo with Grape Nuts and thought I really should share the news.
Go! Buy! Cranberry! Relish!

Hm. I don't suppose you'd be willing to share that recipe for sweet potato rolls?
