I forgot to mention this earlier--and that tells you how crappy I was feeling this morning. Last night I ran to the liquor store and I got carded. Really! Carded. He even looked at my ID. Totally made my night. If the counter hadn't been so high up, I would've kissed him. La la la la, I got carded! Almost 34-year-old-me got carded! It's the little things, folks.

haha...it always makes my day when that happens, but since I don't buy booze too very often it's a rarity. :-)

Speaking of looking young/old, my mom bought me "facial firming creme" for Christmas. Should I be offended?
