Cramped
Food note:
Carbs are not my friend right now. I had Mexican for lunch Friday (and by "Mexican" I mean some corn chips and the Mulato Chicken Salad at La Parilla), then for dinner,
cedarsong and I shared oat bread, cheese, and wine. It was delicious, but today my entire abdomen is cramping (stomach all the way through intestines) and I've been slightly nauseated all day. The cramping started about when I went to bed and hasn't really stopped.
Also, I'm bloated to the point where my skin is tender to touch.
Pain. Pain. Pretty bad pain, I must admit.
Back to meats and leafy greens.
