Digested
I was feeling lonely and succumbed to the temptation of Emotional Eating. Not the best decision, perhaps, but it gave me some helpful and encouraging information.
I ate a leftover Yello Sub sammich that didn't get eaten from the conference weekend. I ate (almost) the whole thing--a six-inch Roast Beef Club.
No stomach bloat.
Yes, my stomach is a little distended because I don't think I've eaten that much at one sitting in weeks--months? But no abnormal bloat from a bad food reaction.
Jiggity-jig!
Update, 7/13: I woke up absolutely starving. So while the carbs didn't affect my digestive system, they most definitely had an impact on my metabolism/insulin level/hunger switch.

Congratulations on still eating healthfully, yourself! Go, you!

I think I'll probably always be susceptible to the bacteria getting out of hand, though, so I'm going to try to limit starches to only a couple times a week.

I saw you briefly at Oread and was going to jump up and say hi, but there was a line of people waiting for signatures at our table.

And thank you a MILLION for all you did to make the conference run so smoothly. All our guests passed on their gratitude for arranging things and giving rides and making yummy food (that'd be Cory).

Tell 'em to send that in writing. It's nice to have printed praise to bolster my job security. =/
