I double-payed my ACLU membership by accident.
They sent me so many letters and emails telling me that my membership was ready to expire, oh noes!, that I thought I'd imagined sending in the information last month. No, they were just really slow processing the payment.
I doubt they'll refund me, and I feel too cheezy asking for my money back to ask for my money back, so I guess they just get extra this year. Too bad I can't forward the overage to pay for my 2010 membership.

I wonder how many other people fall for that underhanded sleazy liberal trick. Lawyers. I tell ya.
