9 opens today and I doubt I'm going to be able to catch it before next week.

I went to the doctor, only to be told that my appointment was for Wednesday (today), not Tuesday (yesterday). Oops!

This nasty, hacking cough I've developed woke me up about every hour last night. Allergies = suxxor.

I haven't exercised since last Thursday. While I am saddened by this fact, I do not feel guilty about it in the slightest.

Tomorrow is henna attempt number four. I finally ponied up for the quality stuff, so we'll see if it takes longer to fade.

I need a weekday off to chill. With the office schedule we've got at the moment, this is not an option.

Almonds are now on my list of Things I Shouldn't Eat.

My bitchy-pissy mood is gone as of....now.

I'm going to have to beg to differ with THIS statement.

In fact you walked 3 days of KCRF, 2 parades, served and set up 3 smokers. And you did 3 dance sets on Sunday. This by any normal persons definition is "exercise".

True. I was physically active. I just haven't done much of anything that involved weights or resistance training. I should close my office door and do some push-ups this afternoon.

Yeah, I'm not pleased by the almond development.

I got a referral to a G.I. specialist that (I was told) won't diagnose me from other people's symptoms and his own past experience. So that's promising.
