I chowed down on pork rinds last night after I got home from the grocery store. Luckily, those things are self-regulating and I probably had a cup-full at the most. But wow were they good. Better than spinach soup. *bleh*
yavaphun brought up a good point in a comment yesterday. Why am I not doing any yoga? I don't care to put effort into resistance training or heavy cardio right now, but yoga would make me feel better--maybe even better enough to get back in the exercise groove. I'm going to set aside a night a week to do an hour and a half of yoga. That's how long I'd spend if I could still make it to Gopi's classes, and I won't be spending an extra hour driving to Baldwin, so why not? Here's me, drifting away from slothfulness, one inch at a time.

There's no AC upstairs, so it's miserable in the summer, and the heating is pretty touch-and-go. You never know when it's going to work. It was not an environment conducive to relaxation except for like three months out of the year. =D
