What did I do to deserve this?
We got another two (ish) inches of snow last night.
I had to leave a rocking party in Merriam early last night because snow was accumulating in Lawrence and I was worried about K-10 if I waited too long. I missed out on the chili feast with people I usually only get to see a few times a year. Sadness.
And now I gotta don boots and winter gear to go shovel this morning. Talk about insult to injury.
I'm ready for winter to be over. Really really ready.
UPDATE: Wow it's cold out there. Nine degrees, windchill -5. Seemed like more than two inches of snow, too. And while I was out there, I realized it is still coming down.
