Acceptable limits
This is the best commercial ever in the history of the universe.
Amillion billion thanks to
shrijani for the link.
News flash: I am awesome. I totally rocked headstand pose last night. Only had to kick up once, and was able to play around with pulling my heels away from the wall for a couple seconds at a time. My rhomboids are tired today. I have no doubt that those things are related.
I feel super great on three tablets of Armour. Dr. Burt recommended two and a half per day, but the pill splitter pulverizes the things so I tried two/three pills per day on alternating days. On the two-pill days I get by, but on the three-pills days I feel fantastic. Positive attitude, alert, ambitious...is this what normal feels like? Because it's fucking amazing. Please please please let this dosage be within acceptable limits on the blood work. Please.
My email inbox contained a message from James Morrow this morning:
I wanted to give you a good-bye hug, but in the hurly-burly of our getting to various Sunday destinations, that didn't happen. Thanks for understanding "Only Begotten Daughter" so well -- and for the scrumptious breakfast quiche too!
Best wishes,
Jim
P.S. Someday I'd be interested in hearing how Julie Katz changed your life.

Also, that is without a doubt one of the best emails it could ever be possible to receive.

And that sucks about the pill splitter. :P It's good the meds are working, though! Hopefully the dosage issues will be worked out to your satisfaction.

And you used that icon....why?

Either 1) because I'm hoping you make it some day, or 2) it's funny.
