My cream is saved
Iwig Dairy met their minimum purchase shares. On their Facebook page, they give thanks and glory to god. I think it would've been more appropriate (and polite) to thank their investors, but that's okay. I can continue to purchase their delicious heavy cream in glass bottles and that's what was important to me.
Coffee is perking and will be ready soon. Using only high quality coffee and Iwig cream got me to where I didn't have to sweeten my coffee. I bought some beans from Z's yesterday since I was downtown. I'm interested to see if I like them as much as I liked the ones from J&S. J&S is a ridiculous drive for me to make for just a pound of beans, so I hope I like Z's just as much. Are any of you Z's fans?
My muscles are a little tender today, but not nearly as bad as I thought they'd be. Hurray!

I happily drank the whole pot, so that speaks well for Z's. Once I try the Ugandan Organic (it sounded closer to what I usually prefer), I'll decide if it's worth the special trip to J&S. For now, I'd say they're comparable, with Z's edging out the competition because of location.

My old coffee pot broke just before I moved, so I decided that I would replace it with Extremely Insane Upscale, so now I have freshly ground beans for every pot and double filtered water.

Also, I don't have a burr grinder, but I've heard great things about the Hario Skerton (~$40, http://www.sweetmarias.com/sweetmarias/grinders/manual-grinders/hario-skerton-hand-crank-coffee-mill.html).
One of the things I like about the aeropress is how instant it is, so I'll probably stick with a whirly blade for now.

you and the fellow investors are the effective agents in question...
Therefore, Thou Art God (and made of stars1)!
Congrats!
I like Z's, but they are more of in the 'great coffee' range, and not the 'Best Evar' range.
Don't forget some active-rest like walking or stretching to become less/least sore ASAP!
1: for values approaching 1 Sagan.

I love this! Yes!!!
What is Best Evar coffee (in your opinion) that I can purchase locally?
I've been stretching a few times a day since Friday, but should have done more walking on Sunday.
