Not the face
This looks so awesome.
I especially love the Krav Maga guy at 0:23 doing the "this is what it feels like to be hit in the face--get over it" exercise (I assume that's what he's doing). The whole thing looks like an amazing experience.
I walked up the hill this morning with no hip pain (yay!!!), so I am confident about getting back on track with exercising. Taking
femfataleatron's advice on athleticism, and admitting it's something I've never had before, I'm going to optimistically but realistically evaluate my ability to do these movements to build my own program. I'll use Sonnon's four-day schedule, but with a mixture of the appropriate-for-me Lite and Pre-Recruit movements.
Slept really crappy (again) last night. This is not a good trend. I had more stress dreams, but I can't remember them now. More stuff with people chasing me, I think.
I forgot to prep a lunch last night, so all I have to eat today are the spaghetti squash croquettes I had leftover from yesterday's breakfast. I'm getting more and more space-cadet-ish. I must remember to pay attention to everything I'm doing right now. No autopilot until I get my hormones under control.
Attention, attention!
