Another health update

Just tracking.

Today I doubled up on the probiotics. Repopulate, you guys! I'm not sure how long I'll take the double dose. Maybe a month? I also started taking an HCL and Pepsin capsule with meals, in hopes that this will help me digest what I'm eating.

I shoulda gotten a waist measurement pre-breakfast this morning. And speaking of breakfast, I kicked off my morning with a cup of beef broth instead of (herbal) tea. That was interesting. Might take a little while to get used to that. I gotta drink it fast, too. Cooled broth is pretty nasty.

The bad taste in my mouth is almost gone. I can't tell you how great it is that that's diminishing. Ahh! Also: no headache. Sweet relief.

Even though it's kinda chilly and rainy (still! wtf!), I'm in a happy mood. Yay! On my walk to work today, everything was so green. Gray and green is my new favorite color combo.

Thank you! I would like to run around with Patrick Macnee (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patrick_Macnee), please. He was certainly a ladies' man. If you get a chance to check out his autobiography (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/359271.Blind_in_One_Ear), it's quite a read.

And yes, I made my own broth. Even roasted the hooves and bones! But mckitterick hated the way it smelled up the house, so I might not be able to make it again until he's out of town for the weekend or something.

Hurrah for feeling better! I may have to try the broth in the morning thing myself; I've never been much of a fan of coffee or tea, but the broth sounds quite delectable.

Same with the gray and green. Looks awesome (on you, and in general)!
