Time to boot up
Yesterday at the office was A Day. I don't want to repeat it, but today is going to be more of the same, probably worse. At least it's Stop Day, so fewer faculty and students will be around. Crunch time with application season coupled with the extra stuff I'm doing for the CSSF right now is...really hard. And frustrating.
I wish I'd known everyone was on board with the changes to the conference venue back in October, when I had more time to deal with it.
But okay, it's Friday. I can do this. Just like I did thirteen fucking burpees this morning. Not in a row, but thirteen. Thirteen!
It's almost 7:45. I really gotta go put on my boots.

I'm wondering when I'll plateau.
If you distribute your burpees (burpurinates?)...
Unless your goal is to do 100 in a row. This kind of linear volume increase is a bit counter to how ones body adapts to demands but if you can make it work, go for it.
... concentrate on your glutes!
I've been lookin' for a good example vid online (not toooo hard)and everyone seems to do them like crap. Oh well. If I see one i'll post it.

Dude, I am not that crazy.
I'd like to do twenty in a row. Someday. Right now, I'm shooting for ten.

I have to say, I am slightly relieved that you aren't pushing yourself to 100.
Do you happen to know where the name comes from? I think my coach called it a "compound something-or-other" back in the last century.
