I came out a little stronger on the E than the I than I have in previous tests. I suspect that has a lot to do with my improved energy levels on Provigil. Which is gonna come crashing to a halt in five days, since that's when my supply runs out. I have a couple different alternatives planned, and it'll just be experiment after experiment to see which one works best.

Stupid douchebag insurance companies. Fuck all y'all for pricing me out of the first medication I've found that made me feel normal again.

Here's the pics of me, dressed up to go to Burning Man headed to Egotista's Friday night gig last week. I thought I pulled it together pretty well, considering this is nothing like anything I've dressed for before. My eye makeup looked awesome, too. Update: I just got this link that has photos from the whole evening. No good pictures of the drummers as a group, although you can see several of the vests. And (thankfully) no close-ups of me with my "don't make me kill you" face.

Today's the first day of Spring semester, so the office is crazy busy. I'm getting tired of people asking me "How was your break?" I don't get a fucking break, people. We secretaries do not run on an academic calendar, and do graduate students not remember that December 31 was the deadline when they applied to this program? Come on. "How were your holidays?" Fine. "How was it with everyone gone?" Also fine. But it's really annoying being asked (and I'm talking three or four times an hour) "So, how was your break?"

Shut. Up.

Since the patent expires on Provigil this year, generics will be available. I'd be more pissed at the drug companies for now plugging Nuvigil, which is just their substiture for Provigil, and there's not a damn study that shows it's any more effective. Who is in who's pockets?!!

INTJ here. Only 1-4% of the population are like me. One of those Myers-Briggs books says that INTJs often feel that we are being raised by aliens. (Or maybe I really was raised by aliens . . . ?) My acronymic phrase is "It's Not Theoretically Justified!" (Yours is "Execution Saves The Job!")

There's a few people on my F-list who are INTJs. Considering they make up such a minority of the population, but are represented in a statistically larger percentage here, I wonder what that says about the type of people I attract. Cool.

I did not like some of the questions. On a scale of Very Inaccurate to Very Accurate, why do they have prompts like "I am extremely sentimental"? The questions would be much easier to answer if they left out the adverbs. Let's say I consider myself somewhat sentimental (halfway on the scale). How do I rate that? I can't put it halfway on the extremely scale. Bah.

The first part definitely fits you. You're most certainly a person of action who follows up on her ideas and inspirations. And you seem pretty independent from where I'm sitting. I don't know you well enough (meaning: In Real Life In Person) to weigh in on the others, though.

It's hard to judge someone's speech patterns from online interactions. I'm pretty sure I'm a lot more interesting online than I am in person. Not that I'm boring in face-to-face interactions, but in an online environment, I have more time to pick my words.
