My brain is scattered and unfocused today. I'm having difficulty concentrating on tasks, and am even a little resentful at having to, you know, do my job, which is absolutely ridiculous. I want not to be here. I sold a pair of bloomers to one of the Wescoe secretaries, though. That made it worth coming to campus today.

Also, I have new nail polish. Snow White, by Zoya. It's supposed to be used as a French Manicure tip color, but I fucking hate French Manicures and I wanted polish that would look like I did my nails with Liquid Paper. It does.



Update: Oh. I just got hit with a giant wave of tired and remembered that this is my first workday off the Provigil. I bet this explains the lack of focus, too. Major suxxor, dudes.

Thanks! I don't imagine I'll wear it very often. It took three coats and was kind of a pain in the ass to apply without streaking. But it does look pretty damn awesome. =)

I haven't worn fingernail polish since high school since I am absolutely awful at applying it to my dominant hand, so I admire anyone who can put it on by themselves because HOW do they do it?

(Besides, guitar. So I stick with polish on my toenails in the summer so I can look down and grin. Not sure if I can carry off white polish there, though.)

I'm kind of ambidextrous in general, so that helps. But mostly, it's just practice practice practice. =)

The good news: I'm not gonna need a week to evaluate if I need a replacement drug. I'm 48 hour Provigil-free, and the answer is fuck yes I need a replacement drug.

And thank you! I like the cream colors, too. I'm on a total cream color kick right now. Which is funny. I used to hate cream color nail polishes because that's all my mom let me wear when I was a pre-teen. Now? I think the last time I wore a frost or metallic was for KCRF performances.
