I know, I know, I know everyone is sick to tears of hearing about my health and physical problems, but I just gotta say:

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST my back is killing me today. This is new pain, too, so it's all very exciting. I did something in my sleep Saturday night (I have no idea), so it was spasming all day on Sunday. I hoped to wake up with it gone today, but no. I think it might be worse. Or maybe it's just worse because I'm sitting at my desk.

And I can't go home or get to the chiropractor today because we're short-staffed.

Someone just shoot me. I'm about done.

Holy shit this hurts.

I gotta go to the drugstore tonight, anyway. I'll pick one up. I've been using a heating pad, though, and haven't noticed it help much.
