Goal Post
I'm taking a cue from
tama_grey and putting up goal posts. One, it's a good idea, and two, I like the pun.
Goals for the week of June 10th
Stop eating like crap I eat healthier than probably 75% of the population, but I've been overeating and indulging in too many things like nuts. This week: Lots of greens, more protein (as recommended by Dr. Khosh), a little less fat, and no treats.
Make it to CrossFit at least twice I'd like to make it three times, but if my monthlies are bad (they're due), I'll be happy with two.
Get away from my desk at least four times a day Once an hour would be better, but Reasonable Goals are Good Goals.
