Everything is Avengers and Nothing Hurts
Okay, well, it's kind of weighted toward Everything is Loki and Nothing Hurts, but hey. I DO WHAT I WANT.
I've been working on this post for a while. Like, for a couple weeks. Which means it got long. And full of gifs and vids. OH TUMBLR.

So anyway, here's this Avenger Spam Post. I cannot promise it'll be the last. Sorry.

I think I might have an Avengers problem. I'm starting to incorporate Avengers references into my conversations with people other than
mckitterick. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that none of my Real Life friends become quite so enmeshed in these crushes as I do. Perhaps Alas/Fortunately all my mad fandom friends are online. Unless you locals are just hiding it better. Oh, except for
redheadfae. HAY GURL, HAY!

Look, a NON AVENGERS gif!!!!
I'm not a Korra fan, but people on my Tumblr dash are, so I've seen lots of gifs of this scene, which is so awesome it kinda makes me want to watch the show. And then I saw this artist's reinterpretation of it, Avengers-style, and got a good laugh. So well done!
This LJ post made me go back and re-watch Thor with different eyes. I liked it a lot better. Or maybe I'm just in Way Too Deep with this fucking Hiddleston obsession.

Even if I wasn't obsessed with Tom Hiddleston's stupid face, I would still laugh at Sleipnir jokes. These are never not funny. Oh, hey, look! We're crossing fandoms and it's still funny! Sleipnir jokes are so awesome that "Look at me, Mommy! Look at me!" from this animation is now in common use in our household when someone has done something even marginally awesome. I mentioned to someone how I'm tempted to go around collecting Sleipnir jokes and make a Tumblr collection. Then I realized that maybe I should fight against not having a Real Life, rather than do things that encourage the lack of Real Life. BUT SEND ME YOUR SLEIPNIR JOKES ANYWAY.

I never really got into the Thor/Loki ship (Stark/Loki ALL THE WAY, BABY), but this vid is pretty fucking perfect and makes me think I could make room for this ship. You know, just as an occasional thing. Once in a while.
Because MY GOD Loki's expressions when the hammer is...lying...on...him. I just, I...I, um...Holy fucking mother of god.
Equal Opportunity for Women Time! Sweet Jesus, take me now.
For less heart-stopping sexiness, and some more cute, check out this Deviant Art Loki Gallery (which is where I found the Look At Me Mommy gif).
And then there's this:

The Avengers as Avenging Angels and, of course, the Fallen Angel.

OH TONY.
I found another manip of Hyperbole-and-a-Half's original with Loki saying "Post ALL the Lokis!" and I could have sworn I saved it, but alas, it is gone. =( Use your imagination.
I'll leave you with this, which is sort of a downer, maybe, but I made it myself and I think it's hysterical.
