I know we can make it if we take it slow

Over half-way over, actually. JFC.
I think I might be getting depressed again. In an attempt to counteract that with some adrenaline tonight, I'm doing this at home:
Double-under practice, followed by 100 single jumps for warm-up
WOD:
50 air squats
40 mountain climbers
30 situps
20 push-ups
10 sprawls
I got another bill from Peak Performance (my useless physical therapist's office) for another $54 for a visit back in January. I'm still $277 behind in payments, and can only afford to pay one $50 payment a month right now. If this keeps up, I'll never get this thing paid off.

Uph. I still have not-so-fond memories of doing those when a teammate was late to off-season or something. On a day where we were warming up with dummy jumps, did squats in the weightroom, then wrapped up by jumping bleachers and then running around dragging railroad ties, I was not happy...
...and now, I miss that. Go figure.

The exercise really helped last night, though. I'm going to do some dance practice tonight and then go to drumming practice. Then tomorrow, a going-away party.

I'm limited in what I can do, to be honest. And getting the energy up to do things is another challenge. I feel like a slug a lot of the time.
