Just sayin'.

Made it to CrossFit this morning, despite sleeping like complete crap last night. I felt like I didn't fall into a deep sleep ever. Just sort of floated, coming to consciousness at least once an hour. It sucked.

Thomas used me as an example for the new girls (six girls this morning, two of them new!) on how to do an overhead press. That felt good.

I have a lot to do today, and on such little sleep it's going to take me twice as long to do it, so pitter patter let's get at 'er.

Even during the actor's awkward years, he's the kind of guy I crushed on in high school. My high school sweetheart totally looked like him. Horrible side part and all.

Thank you! I didn't quite max out at 45#, but when I added two 2.5# plates, I couldn't lift it over my head without making it into a push-press. *frustration*

I've been given to understand that one rule of thumb is half your age plus seven years? I don't know where that one comes from though.

Hell, I'll be a proud cougar. My adorable spouse is 10.5 years younger than me and today is our 6 year anniversary!
