I fell back asleep a bit after 4:30 and woke (without the alarm) at 6:50.

Most of the time, I get relief from insomnia by taking something called Kavinace (http://www.naturalhealthyconcepts.com/kavinace-120-p-sleep-support.html?gclid=CJ7r2Kn05LICFROnPAod-34Akg) that I get from Dr. Medhi Khosh. You might consider seeing him (or another naturopath) for something similar. He recommends anyone linked through the website Naturopathic.org (http://www.naturopathic.org/).

I know you're on your own road to health, and you're going to find yourself stymied more often than not if you're not getting enough sleep on a regular basis.
