Getting shit done and all

I've been working on art projects for six-plus hours. This is the first time I've sat down since 3pm this afternoon (my sewing room is currently doubling duty as the-xmas-present-wrapping-room, so there isn't any space to sit. I've been working at the standing-hight cutting table).

My neck hurts. I suspect my feet do, too, but I can't feel them.

I got so much done, though!

I should probably eat dinner. But this wine is really filling.

I was out really late last night (and I think I woke up still drunk), then had a Bloody Mary for breakfast.

Then I finished off a bottle of wine this afternoon and opened up a new one at 8pm.

I don't know if I'm exhausted or drunk right now.

I've known several people who are able to successfully treat colds/viruses with copious amounts of alcohol. That never ever works for me-I just get sicker than a dog (as in worse than I would have been without the alcohol).

In short, I am envious!

I think you'd like the new P!nk album. All the tracks are on her her YouTube channel, so you can preview it. There's only one song I'm kind meh about, and it's the last one on the CD, so easy enough to skip. I think this is my favorite of her albums, actually.

So, it's turning into me listening to that song over and over, and with this glowing rec, I will buy it. Pink has always been kind of great, but "Slut Like You" just captures my soul for reasons I am not willing to admit that I fully understand and embrace. Oops!

I just read that the Target and UK versions have four extra songs.

Yep, that's why I got the Ke$ha album at Target instead of Lovegarden. =/

But at least *some* money from Target goes into the community, and we do our best to buy from LG when we can.
