Just tracking
Went to bed at 9:45p. Awake at 12:45a. Gave up trying to fall back asleep at 1:30a.
UPDATE: 3:30a. Gonna try going back to sleep now. Wish me luck. If I can sleep in until 7:30a, that would be seven hours, which is more than I've gotten in one night all week.
UPDATE 2: It took me a long time to fall asleep. I remember seeing 3:45a, so I probably fell asleep around 4:00a. Woke at 7:00a. Looks like six hours is still the number of sleep hours my body is allowing at the mo'.
