UPDATE ON LAB RESULTS! Got a call back from the nurse. Dr. Burt "hasn't signed off on them yet" so nobody can discuss the results with me, nor can they send me the results.

I understand why they do this--they don't want patients interpreting the results if they don't know how.

But still: frustrating, if you DO know how to interpret the results.

Here's the thing...after Dr. Burt "checked off on it", they faxed me the results with no explanation. Soooooo, yeah, your reasoning might be sensible, but that wasn't why they wouldn't give me my numbers.
