So here's what's going on for me

Just sent this message to my trainer.

Andrew, bad news. I fell this morning doing my side lunges. When I stepped on a slick area on our ceramic tile, my right leg slid out from under me. I wrenched both my hips and banged up my right knee pretty bad. It was spectacular. On the bright side, I proved to myself that I can do the side splits eventually if I really work at them. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be in any shape to see you on Saturday. I'm not sure how you work canceled pre-paid appointments--if those are just credited or if I eat that cost, or what. Let me know? And have a good Memorial Day Weekend. I'll be spending mine on the couch with an ice pack. GOOD TIMES.



And that's all I really need to say about that.

Thanks. Yeah, wine and porn all weekend. Which would usually sound great, but I was planning to get a lot of sewing done for my Etsy shop.

Well, I can't get back and forth from cutting table to sewing table to ironing board, no. Sewing isn't actually a very stationary activity.

Waiting on my bloomers pics....the photographer is a busy mom so I'm trying not to pester her.
