sdemory said how an author he was reading used the phrase "the black" to refer to a man of color.
Today on a friend's FB post about the Turing pardon (which, don't even get me started), someone left the comment "At least it's a step in the right direction. She's now,a staunch supporter of the gays. Queen Lizzie has right idea. Let's move forward from here on in."
The gays? The gays.
This is me, not getting involved in a FB fight with someone I don't even know.
