Friends, this is a fairly crushing blow. I might not be able to, in good conscience, order from Zappo's ever again.

But this is a big company! With money for proofreaders! And a public image! The only possible excuse (and not even a good one) for this is them trying to be "cutesy" to appeal to said semi-literate teenager demographic...in a fashion that totally alienates anyone who isn't a semi-literate teenager.


Yes, this. I am just completely uninterested in giving them my money ever again.
