Today I'm seriously and for real quitting smoking cigarettes until KCRF. I'm off to smoke my last one as soon as I click "post" here.

I quit every year, so this really isn't as big a deal as it could be. It's just usually I quit after Renaissance Festival is over, and this year I didn't. Mostly because our weather was so mild this winter, I had no reason not to go outside and smoke!

But the smoking is really hurting my ability to do my best at my Crossfit workouts, so it's gotta go for now.
