I almost slept through the night!

I think the lighter blanket might be helping with my successful sleeping. I woke at 2:45a feeling a bit chilled. Not freezing cold, just not cozy. I turned the heated mattress pad up to 2 (it goes to 10) and fell back asleep within a reasonable amount of time. I didn't wake until I was supposed to, around 5:40a.

Possible success?



Still kinda tired today. I could probably fall asleep for a half hour nap right now if I could. And my legs feel heavy and weak. That happens a lot, though. I've never been able to pinpoint what causes it.

Ya, doctor said i was drinking TOO MUCH plain water and possibly causing an electrolyte imbalance, particularly with respect to potassium (which I can sometimes get not all via eating, depending on how strictly I am eating). Now i just [try] to remember to drink coconut water every day [or most days] and consider all well.

Well. That sounds easy enough. Would coconut milk (sometimes I add a dollop of it to hot water) do the same thing? Edit: Oh, I just looked up "coconut water" and it's a different part of the coconut, so probably not.
