Maybe I was wrong about wine not being the first thing I reintroduce after the AIP experiment
Welp, the comforter on - mattress pad on - shed comforter trick didn't work. I was up at 1:00am, stayed awake for an hour, crawled into bed with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mckitterick when he got up to pee, fell asleep around 3:00, woke again at 5:00, went back to my own bed, fell asleep a bit before 6:00 and woke for good at 7:15.
Then I went to start laundry and the washing machine had flooded again.
Guess we're gonna go appliance shopping today. Wish I could buy myself a sleeping machine.
