Maybe I was wrong about wine not being the first thing I reintroduce after the AIP experiment

Welp, the comforter on - mattress pad on - shed comforter trick didn't work. I was up at 1:00am, stayed awake for an hour, crawled into bed with mckitterick when he got up to pee, fell asleep around 3:00, woke again at 5:00, went back to my own bed, fell asleep a bit before 6:00 and woke for good at 7:15.

Then I went to start laundry and the washing machine had flooded again.



Guess we're gonna go appliance shopping today. Wish I could buy myself a sleeping machine.

I swear, sometimes I just want to smack Jbird and wake him up just because I'm jealous that he can lay down and be out in two minutes. I've even see him fall asleep sitting straight up (although that's probably a result of high glucose levels).
