This is not a great week
And people wonder why I won't spend a fucking dime at Hobby Lobby. No, not even to make subversive art. Not even if there's something there I really really want. No.

I wouldn't wear the tee shirt, but I kind of love this tee shirt design. Talk about subversive.
Sunday's migraine is still affecting me. I'm exhausted, my belly is swollen this morning before eating (!), and I'm having problems focusing at close distances. Bright light is a little painful. UGH.
I am not going to make it to the gym this week. I'm pondering if I should cancel Sunday's session with Andrew, but will postpone that decision until Friday.
I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO STOP BEING SO DAMN FRAIL, PLEASE.
I would also very much like to stop having fucked up food cravings. I'm talking things like pizza, burgers with buns, chicken tikka masala, pie, doughnuts...etc. I'm craving them to the point that I would rather not eat because the food available to me simply does not appeal in the slightest.

Update: I made myself eat lunch at 2:15 and now I'm feeling really grossed out by it. Nauseated and unhappy. BLAH.

You are not alone in the non-gym week. I haven't been able to bring myself to go, either. I am just so exhausted. And I woke up with a sore throat and blech head this morning. I'm demanding that it be just allergies but the meds haven't helped much yet. I will not get sick.
Sorry that you're still migraine hungover, though. Been there. NOT fun. I'd give you a dryer warm blanket and a beverage of choice in a room with low light and soft music if it will help.

That sounds wonderful.
Hope you feel better soon, too.

I admit I caved to mine.
Mostly because .. what the hell, I wasn't any worse off than I've been lately anyway. (It's been Cadbury's Bars and frozen taquitos, if you must know, lol, with loads of sour cream and guac. I'm headed for some magnesium supplementation, I think.)
I'm getting back on track today with a roasted cauliflower "Mac n Cheese" dish. Not perfect, but better, and very comfort foody.

Interesting. I wonder if I have a similar trigger.
I admit it's difficult not to be bitter about the fact that I don't have the option of caving to cravings. Well, unless I want to risk permanently damaging my guts.

Ugh I know. I'm sowwy.
Perhaps you are craving carbs in general?
Autumn was always my bigger food trigger for fats, salts and generally filling stuff.. and RenFest fare, which when it comes down to it, is CARBS. ARGGGGHH.
But sometimes this helps me, What You Crave, What You Need (http://www.gothextramileblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/crave-need.jpg).

Not that I have any idea if it is related for you, it is mostly just solidarity stress eating.

I think it's very very likely, yes. Doesn't make it easier to deal with, though. This is one instance where knowing is not half the battle. =b

Related: those Curves fitness places? The people who own them give tons of money to pro-life organizations. Bleh. It's their right to do so and I would never argue otherwise, but it's my right to let people know and never go there myself.

Good to know.
