Knowing my limits
Apr. 19th, 2005 09:46 amI backed out of the performance in the after-workshop show in St. Louis. Jo was very nice and understanding. I was relieved. There was no way I was going to be ready to perform that choreography by April 30. I'm still going to the workshop, though. I'm a bit testy about losing two weekends in a row to out of town travel on things that I normally wouldn't mind doing, but I'm still recovering from a year of stress. I feel like I have so much to do right now. All I want to do is relax or do things that will help me feel relaxed. Dance workshops and visiting family don't neccessarily fall under that category. Normally the family thing would be fine, but right now...eh. Not sure.
