I'm going to note the days I exercise on LJ. 1. Nothing motivates like shame, and 2. Tags-tracking is helpful.

So, this morning: 45 minutes. A combination of calisthenics, Sun Salutes, and Pilates. I was trying to do some Hindu Squats, but I don't know if I'm doing them right. Would like someone ([livejournal.com profile] adammaker?) who knows how to do these properly to please show me sometime. Incorporated much stretching during the workout (without letting my heart-rate slow too much) as well as serious stretching afterwards. On the walk up to campus, I did glute squeezes the entire way up the hill.

Hooray for a Weekend of Fabulousness! Friday night birthday party for [livejournal.com profile] zerself, some wonderful time spent lazing about with [livejournal.com profile] mckitterick, and some things around the house (grudgingly) accomplished.

One of the accomplishments was the Introduction of Kitties, which went surprisingly well. There will be a photo of that soon.
