Yesterday's storm didn't hit until later than anticipated, but wow, once it did--Bang! And it lasted until really late. Luckily, earplugs and exhaustion helped me sleep through most of the night. Check out the crazy wind we were getting, and how dark it was. I took this about 3:30 in the afternoon, in the backyard.


Today's day one of the fasting cleanse. I'm already hating the sludge drink. Not a good sign. I have to say, though, my most recent attempts at eating have gone so poorly that the idea of not eating for a while isn't too awful.
